Scott Hinkle

Evangelist

Pastor Scott Hinkle, an evangelist now headquartered in Red Bank, NJ once lived a life that pointed to only one direction…prison and ultimately an early grave.

In a parking lot in 1970, Scott's life was drastically rearranged as he was told of and experienced the life transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Today, this one time Jewish, heroin addict raised in New Jersey, is leading a charge with a direct and radical message that is having profound effects for the kingdom of God across our nation.

Along with his wife Nancy, they founded Scott Hinkle Outreach Ministries / Soulwinners International. In 1984, a grass roots revolution began through their "National Conference on Street, Inner-city & Evangelistic Ministry" (A Passion for Souls), which has trained and ministered to thousands of evangelistic workers, leaders and pastors through the years. Scott has also written a column for Charisma Magazine.

In addition to conducting an extensive year round schedule of rallies, outreaches and conferences they lead an annual multifaceted soulwinning invasion of the Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

While having a deep love for drug-addicts, gang members and people in the inner city their ministry continually stretches across geographic, social, age and cultural lines.

Scott and Nancy are married with two children. They are both alumni of Christ For The Nations Institute and are ordained ministers with the Christ For The Nations Fellowship of Ministers and Churches. As a family and ministry they were a part of Phoenix First Assembly pastored by Tommy Barnett in Phoenix, Arizona where Scott also served as a church evangelist.
